I am an illustrator with special interest in children’s books and historical illustration.

I have a full honours design degree with knowledge of and experience in illustration, set design, interior design and animation.  I have extensive knowledge of 2D and 3D art and design methods and materials  gleaned from over fifteen years experience working in the design industry.

I also have more than seven years teaching experience in a leading VEC college.  Not only have I taught design students completing diplomas in Graphics, Interior design and Architecture but I have also taught adults VTOS and early school leavers returning to education.  This has led me to gain experience in dealing with different types of students and situations.

The modules I have taught include painting, drawing, design practice and communications among many others. This adds to my knowledge of art, craft and design.
